If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
notify Level 7 Boutique within 14 calendar days of receiving
your order. You must contact us at
mariah@level7boutique.com
with 'Returns' in the subject line before returning. All returns must be
unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. Please
include the order number, date of purchase, and list of items in your
email. If you fail to notify Level 7 Boutique of your desire
to return or replace your purchase within the 14 calendar day window,
or if Level 7 Boutique suspects an item that you have returned
has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your
expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Level 7
Boutique will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your
item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you
have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit
after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs will not be
refunded. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If
you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial
shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs
will apply to replacement items unless replacement is due to product
defect. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not
responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
Level 7 Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to
anyone at any time. If we cancel your order after we have charged your
credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
If you are not fully satisfied with the
work we've created, we guarantee we will work with you on a replacement
within reason.
